Baramulla: Thousands of jobless educated youths from district Bandipora on Friday participated in a recruitment rally for the post of solider conducted by Territorial Army (Home & Hearth) at 10 sector RR Hayderbeigh Pattan.

Candidates have to qualify physical test (race) followed by written test. Those who qualify will appear in selection list and would be posted permanently in Kashmir valley, according to officials.

This step has been taken to do away with growing unemployment in Kashmir valley. The rally for Kashmiri aspiring candidates concluded on Friday. Candidates from Ladakh and Kargil will participate in the rally on Saturday.
