Verdict On Petitions Challenging Abrogation of Article 370 Lined Up for Judgement Next Week

Srinagar : The Supreme Court has lined up the judgement in petition challenging the abrogation of Article 370 on December 11, 2023.

The much-anticipated judgement, as per Apex Court Cause List, is set to be delivered by a five-judge bench comprising of Hon’ble Chief Justice Dhananjaya Yeshwant Chandrachud, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul besides Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice B.R Gavai and Justice Surya Kant.

The Case, as per the Cause, according to GNS, is at Serial Number 1501 in Case Number W.P.(C) Number 1099/2019 (PIL-W). (GNS)
