Srinagar : The Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor (LG) Manoj Sinha Monday said Value Based Education will be a great support for the students in order to improve the human capital.
“According to the National Education Policy, I think the youth of our country will decide as to how effectively they will utilize it,” Sinha said.
