SRINAGAR : A day after the teachers transferred by the Directorate of school education which allegedly triggers confusion and resentment, the directorate in its Facebook page post asks teachers to file their modification applications without panic.
The post reads, “Friends, it is again reiterated that all members of the department who have got genuine grievances and want their transfer orders to be modified are requested to file their modification applications without panic. We are here to attend to all your representations and my team will ensure that if someone has been inconveniently placed in recent reshuffle, we shall together try our best to find a way out.”
The directorate adds, “At this moment our biggest priority is that our schools should not get affected. We should ensure that classwork goes on smoothly. In fact given the size of this reshuffle, the number of modification requests received so far is not even a fraction of it. At most of the places transfer orders have been received in right spirit. But wherever there have been errors we are committed to set things right”.
While adding further, the post mentions, “We wish to reassure our colleagues once again that we are here to take care of all your grievances and there is absolutely no need to get impatient about it. My entire team is at your disposal. Please bear with us as we compile the requests and take action accordingly”.
