Pampore : The inhabitants of Ladou Pampore area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district have accused private telecom operator ‘Airtel’ of poor mobile network and internet services.
The subscribers told news agency KNT that a single tower of Airtel remains shut whenever power supply is snapped in the area. “The ground staff doesn’t bother to use generator as a result subscribers face immense problems,” they said.
. According to them, both post-paid and prepaid users, experience connectivity problems. Besides, the users also complained of slow data connectivity. Locals said that thousands of Airtel subscribers have been facing tremendous hardships due to poor internet connectivity services.
“We have approached to the concerned Airtel officials in this regard but to no avail,” the residents said. (KNT)
