SRINAGAR: The Soura to Pandach dilapidated road condition here at Srinagar is taking heavy toll on the health of the travelers who continue to suffer with the administration failing to meet their demands for years.
The inhabitants and traders of the two areas are aghast over the step-motherly treatment of Roads and Building Department for failing to repair the 10km main road of Soura-Pandach.
A local , Ali Mohammad of Soura said in case of any emergency, it take them hours to reach hospital as drivers have to move his vehicle in pits and holes till the patient succumbs. “There is no transport facility available on this bumpy road as it has been in shambles from long” it has been denied from black topping Ali Alleged.
Local people have appealed Concerned MLA to look into the matter.
