PATTAN: In a sorry state of affair, the sub districts Hospital in Pattan town of District Baramulla, patients suffer.
The Hospital has defunct X-ray machine. According to the locals, the patients are forced to visit private clinics. They alleged that The Chief Medical Officer Barammulaa has turned deaf and dumb to the pleas of people.
The hospital faces dearth of all basic requisites and machineries. People ask government if this is the state of health care they have to live with.
