Irfan Shah, Khurshid Aalam freed but placed under house detention
Srinagar: After serving detention for over six month, authorities booked Hilal Akbar Lone, the son of incumbent Member Parliament and National Conference leader under contentious Public Safety Act.
Official sources told Kashmir News Trust that authorities while shifting two other political leaders from MLA Hostel to their respective homes and placed them under house arrest, booked Advocate Hilal Akbar Lone under PSA.
Pertinently, authorities have already booked, Mehbooba Mufti, Omar Abdullah, Ali Muhammad Sagar, Sartaj Madni under PSA.
Sources added that PDP leader and former MLC, Khurshid Aalam and NC former legislator Muhammad Irfan Shah were released from make shift jail MLA Hostel and placed them under house arrest. (KNT)
