Srinagar, September 12:An Army trooper was injured in a gunfight at Heff Shirmal area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Monday, officials said.
A top police officer told GNS that during intial exchange of fire one Army soldier recieved splinter injuries.
He has been shifted to 92 Base Hospital for advanced treatment, the officer added.
Earlier, an unidentified militant was also killed during intial of fire with police and army. More details will follow.(GNS)
