SRINAGAR: Out rightly rejecting the ruling of Indian Supreme Court verdict, joint resistance leadership said that Jammu and Kashmir was a separate, independent and sovereign entity even when India did not exist on the map.
According to press release issued, Taking the undue advantage of the autocratic ruler and its suspicious instrument of accession, expansionist and ruthless oppressor forcibly landed its army to take the control and we as a nation are fighting this aggression for the last seven decades.
It further added, Imperialistic Indian mindset has time and again took over the mind and soul of a few stooges to strengthen and legalise this unwanted occupation. Leaders said that dozens of UN resolutions stand testimony to the fact that Kashmir is a disputed territory, final dispensation of which is still pending.
Leaders said that Indian top leaders themselves knocked the doors of International forums claiming the disputed nature of Kashmir, which can never be faded or denied by the legal proclamations.
Leaders said that Kashmir is a universally accepted and internationally legitimised dispute backed by clear UN resolutions, authenticated by more than six lakh human sacrifices, testified by three full fledged wars between two neighbouring countries, certified by in-voice promises and pledges by Indian rulers. Presence of UN offices and their white locomotives remind, every passerby, of its disputed nature.
Pro- freedom leaders said this unresolved issue has consumed our more than three generations and still continues to suck our blood. These Himalayan facts and rock hard realities can’t be brushed aside and denounced by biased judiciary just to satisfy their collective conscious and appease their fascist rulers.
Pro-freedom leaders said that if legal luminaries and judicial authorities look into the issue without the prejudice and the fog of hyper nationalism, it is more than clear that Jammu and Kashmir was, is and will never be a part of India.
Leaders said that our own legal experts, who have stood their ground in these highest judicial houses for decades, finally mortgaged their soul and mind for power perks, shamelessly support this unjust and unrealistic attitude of oppressor. Condemning these henchmen, leaders said that continuous pursuits of rulers are inching towards their age old agenda of hindutua through the deceitful propaganda of “development’’.
They said that these traitors are hand in glow with this fascist class, but our youth sense their rotten ideas and they will desist from being cloned in their way. Leaders said that legal experts will shortly be consulted in this regard.
