Srinagar: Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) Tuesday held a protest demonstration at Nowhatta area of Srinagar’s downtown against the killing of a youth by government forces in Pulwama village yesterday.
Fayaz Ahmad Wani of Chewa Kalan Pulwama was killed in forces firing in south Kashmir during protests.
The protest attended by activists and leaders of both factions of Hurriyat Conference and JKLF was led by JKLF chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik.
The protest was held soon after Nimaz-e-Zuhar and it was attended by dozens of activists who raised slogans against the civilian killings.
