Drugmulla: The subscribers of the Jio network, hailing from Muqam-i-Shah Wali here have expressed their resentment over the poor network connectivity of the service provider.
It is not for the first time, the residents said, adding that the cellular company has failed to provide them smooth connectivity.
“Jio often fails to satisfy the customers of the village in providing the better services. It has badly impacted the smooth transaction of day-to-day activities in the villages,” they said.
They added the most frustrated are the students particularly those who are preparing for the competitive examinations and have taken subscriptions to different online classes.
The people said that they have often raised the issue with the network provider but to no avail.
The students urged the district administration to look into the matter and ask the Jio Service provider to take necessary measures required for hassle-free network connectivity to the village—(KNO)
