Police arrest three militant associates in Bandipora

Bandipora : Police in northern Kashmir’s Bandipora, district claimed to have arrested three militant associates and recovered incriminating material from their possession on Wednesday.

A Police official told news agency KDC that the arrested militant associates were involved in various subversive activities besides providing logistic support and assistance to militants operating in the district.

They identified the trio as Abrar Gulzar of BaghBandipora, Mohd waqar of Chittay banday and Muneer Ahmad Sheikh of Quil muqamBandipora.

Bandipora Police said, trio were arrested in case FIR No. 74/2020 U/S 16, 18, 39UAPA, 7/27IA act of PS Bandipora and further investigations are on. (KDC)
