Srinagar: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has extended greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of the Eid-ul-Azha, the second largest religious festival of the Muslims, to be celebrated on Saturday.
In a message of felicitation, PDP spokesman and party’s media advisor Syed Suhail Bukhari has hoped that the Eid-ul-Azha would bring happiness to all after overcoming all the darkness of the coronavirus pandemic.
He has also urged people to devote themselves to the welfare of the society and its people being inspired by the spirit of sacrifice realising the essence of the Eid-ul-Azha. “May this Eid bring peace, prosperity and tranquility for the perturbed people of Jammu and Kashmir who are reeling under absolute distress for years and particularly since August last year. We urge the faithful to pray for the end of uncertainty and prevalence of peace. Eid Mubarak!,” said the PDP spokesman.
