PDD employee dies of electrocution in Sopore

Sopore: A PDD employee lost his life after got electrocuted in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday.

Sources said that the victim was busy repairing an electric line when he received an electric shock. He was shifted to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead.

The incident occurred in Jamia Qadeem Sopore and the victim has been identified as Farooq Ahmad Magloo, a resident of Boniyar Uri.

Police in this regard have registered a case and taken up an investigation.
