BARAMULLA: In view of COVID19 the entire country is going through the lockdown and the same situation is also seen here in UT of jammu and Kashmir.
During this pandemic all over the world, Orphans in Need a Srinagar based NGO is working day and night to reach out the Orphans and widows of Kashmir valley who are in need of basic Necessities of living.
Keeping in view the Lockdown the NGO has setup a budget of 3 crore rupees for Essential items, and also is planing to distribute 5000 food parcels to orphans and widows
An official of NGO told that
It plans to go to Baramulla, Bandipora, Budgam, Gurez, Karna, Rajouri and other far flung & poor areas which are in much need of the help.
The NGO is facing some issues with the rice and other essential stocks, otherwise the planned distribution would have been completed till now, said an official.
