New Delhi: Days after a Delhi court issued death warrants for all convicts in the Nirbhaya gangrape case, one of them filed a curative petition in the Supreme Court on Thursday.Convict Vinay Sharma’s lawyer A P Singh said the court should have considered that his client was only 19 years old at the time of the incident. The Court should have considered the socio-economic background and young age as mitigating factors, he added.The plea for other convicts : Akshay and Pawan will be filed soon, the lawyer said.On January 7, the Delhi Court had ruled that all convicts will be hanged on January 22 at 0700 hrs in Tihar Jail.
