Srinagar : National Investigation Agency (NIA) conducted raids in Srinagar and Bandipora districts of Kashmir on Wednesday.
Police sources told that team of NIA assisted by police carried out a raid in Humza Colony area of Bemina Srinagar.
They said searches were conducted in the house but nothing incriminating was found there. The house in which raid was carried out is the proprietor of a garment’s shops at Lal Dad Hospital.
The raids were also conducted at Chittibanday area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
Police sources said that the house of a man who is already in custody was searched while another house that belongs to a salesman at a hardware shop was also raided.
During the raid at these houses as per reports no recovery has been reported, however the Salesman of the hardware store was detained for questioning. (KNT)
