SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) vice president and former MLC Ghulam Nabi Monga condemn killing of civilian in south Kashmir’s Pulwama village on Thursday.
While speaking to News Agency Press Trust of Kashmir he said, “The civilians killing started when BJP came in power and till now we have seen how many civilians has been killed” adding that every day the situation of Kashmir goes worst.
He said, “It has become a norm now. Almost every day innocent civilians are being killed in Kashmir which must be a cause of concern for every right-thinking person in the country. The killings of civilians have the potential to alienate people further, which is a dangerous sign.”
He further added security forces must follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) while dealing with stone pelting. (PTK)
