Srinagar : Police today said goods carriers carrying essentials supplies from one state to another or within the state are allowed to ply without any passes.
IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar told this to Kashmir News Services.
” They cannot carry passengers. Moreover driver and helper are advised to carry ba letter from vehicle owner,” he added.
No passes are required for load carriers carrying essential goods from one state to another or within the state. However they are not allowed to carry passengers. IGP Kashmir(KNS)
