Kashmir dispute a living reality: Firdouse Shah

SRINAGAR: While reiterating its stand on serious dialogue for the resolution of long pending Kashmir dispute, Demonstrate Political Movement (DPM) Chairman Firdouse Ahmad Shah said that the resolution of United Nation Security Council in 1949 has given right to self determination to the people of Jammu & Kashmir.

In a statement issued he said that after decades there is no implementation of the UN resolution. Adding that the talks between the two countries have become mere eyewash, has yielded no results so far. Shah said that the talks are being carried out for the sake of talks.

He said that the Kashmir dispute is a living reality. He insists on worldly bodies to have serious intervention into the dispute.
