JK Bank Branch Delina Baramulla, Customers aghast over lethargic approach of employees

Baramulla : Account holders are accusing JK Bank branch Delina Baramulla of poor customer service.

A group of customers said that bank fails to address the problems of the people. They said they are being forced to visit bank time and again.
Account holders are annoyed due to the pathetic behavior of the branch staff.

One of the customers Irfan Ahmed that: “I opened up an account for my business unit in the branch few months back. I completed all the formalities and followed prescribed norms at the branch for mpay, SMS services, ATM and internet banking, but months have passed there is no word from the bank. Every time when I or any one from my staff visits branch, they raise a new query. Interestingly, they ask to resubmit already submitted forms on every visit. They resort to dilly dally tactics to avoid customers.”

Another customer Aijaz Ahmed said that he is associated with a Corporate and his busy schedule doesn’t allow him to visit the Delina Bank Branch time and again.

“How many times I remind the bank staff to issue ATM and Cheque Book. This is disgusting. It doesn’t suit for JK Bank to deploy lethargic staff at any branch who are least interested in mitigating the sufferings of the customers,” he said and appealed JK Bank Chairman to make the employees accountable.

The customers said that thelandline of the bank branch is also defunct from past few months. (KNT)
