SRINAGAR:Hitting out hard at Govt. for removing and then attaching Principal Degree College Pulwama for supporting with the truth, AIP Supremo and MLA Langate Er. Rasheed has said that every notorious and repressive measures of the Govt. is falling flat miserably.
While interacting with office bearers of various student unions in Srinagar today, Er. Rasheed demanded action against police administration Banihal for their brutalities against students and condemned immediate restoration of Principal Degree College Pulwama to his original place of posting.
Er. Rasheed said “It is highly condemnable that rather taking goons of police and other security agencies to task in Pulwama, Govt. has yet again disgraced an upright and honest Kashmiri officer. Every incident proves that nothing is in hands of so called civilian Govt. and even the minor decisions are being taken keeping in view the interests of security agencies.
Whatsoever happened in Banihal leads to the fact that people of the state cutting across sectarian and regional divides want resolution of Kashmir dispute. Use of force against students in Banihal is unacceptable and if Govt. has any seriousness towards its duties it must take stern action against the police administration in Banihal, which is directly under the control of Sang Parivar. The stiff resistance from Kashmir valley to Pir Panchal has exposed those who were claiming that after demonetisation resistance of Kashmiris will lose the intensity”.
Er. Rasheed also cursed Govt. for suspending Internet services. He said “not only that state doesn’t feel any shame by these regular media gages but the state DGP had himself assured that there will be no curbs on Internet services”.
Er. Rasheed asked New Delhi to realise that since 1947 it’s every colonial design and oppressive measure has failed and whatsoever it is doing now in J&K is nothing but confession of New Delhi having lost Kashmir.
