IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar visits Kulgam encounter site, SoG camp

Srinagar: Inspector General of Police Kashmir, Vijay Kumar along with DIG south Kashmir and SSP Kulgam Thursday visited the encounter site and SoG camp at Nillow Kulgam and interacted with officers and policemen, Army and CRPF.

An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the IGP reviewed operational aspects.

“Later on IGP and DIG visited to Shopian and Pulwama and reviewed security and operational aspects,” the official said. At Kulgam, a Jaish militant and an SoG man were killed while three soldiers and two civilians were injured, who as per police are stable—(KNO)
