GOC Victor Force visits Shopian

Shopian : General Officer Command Victor Force Saturday visited South Kashmir’s town to assess the prevailing security situation.

Sources told news agency KNT that Major General A.S.Gupta, GOC Victor Force visited 12 Sector headquarters’ of Army at Balpora Shopian and had a meeting with all concerned Army officers regarding the prevailing situation.

Major General interacted with army officers and discussed the prevailing militancy in the district. Sources added that army officers presented him a detailed data about the militancy related incidents in the district. (KNT)
