Srinagar: The dilapidated condition of road after the completion of drain project a few months back, irks locals of Galwanpora, Hyderpora here in city outskirts.
“The condition of the road is in the worst condition and is adding to our woes,” Irfan Mir, a local, said.
He said the road from Jamia Masjid Hyderpora to Gang Bugh is in dilapidated condition and the pedestrians face immense problems.
The locals told GNS that it has become “extremely” difficult for them to pass through this road.
They said despite the repeated requests for its repairs, the concerned authorities are not paying any attention to their genuine demand.
“Whenever it rains, the potholes get filled with mud water and it is hard for us to move outside,” the residents said.
They have appealed the Governor administration to order immediate repair of the road. (GNS)
