Sopore: Former PDP district president Irshad Rasool Kar joined National Conference on Friday.
Reports said Kar joined the party in presence of President Dr. Farooq Abdullah and North Kashmir Incharge and former Minster Akbar Lone.
Earlier this week, Kar resigned as district President Baramulla and Incharge President Bandipora district for the PDP.
