SRINAGAR : Around dozen people including women and children were injured in a rabid dog attack in Damhal Hanjipora and Liasu village of Kulgam on Saturday.

Reports reaching to PTK said that a group of stray dogs attacked and injured at least fifteen persons including a minor and a female in Damhal Hanjipora and Liasu village of Kulgam district.

Official sources told PTK the injured were shifted to PHC Damhal Hanjipora for treatment, where they were provided the vaccine.

The people appealed authorities to investigate who bring these unknown dogs in the area and curb their population as soon as possible. (PTK)
