Srinagar: Days after constitution of Municipal committee, 50 persons have been bitten by stray dogs in north Kashmir’s Baramulla town. Reports said that newly elected members and officials of Baramulla municipal committee are yet to wake up from deep slumber even after 50 persons were bitten by stray dogs. Locals said the anti-rabbi vaccines are not available in the district hospital Baramulla.
When contacted Medical Superintendent District Hospital Baramulla Dr Syed Masood told KNS “45 persons bitten by stray dogs came to us but they were not seriously injured. They were properly treated and discharged immediately.” (KNS)
