COVID-19 decline: Recovery rate touches 97.27% in J&K

Active cases decrease from 33,276 to 4,321 in last one month

Srinagar : With the significant dip in cases and deaths in the last one month in Jammu and Kashmir, the recovery rate has shown an improvement of about 10 per cent in the last one month.

As per the data available, the recovery rate on the first June in J&K was 87.27 percent, which has now reached 97.27 percent on July 1.

The recovery rate in Srinagar is 97.70 per cent , Baramulla 97.62 percent , Budgam 98.05, Pulwama 97.49 percent, Kupwara 96.97 percent, Anantnag 97.70 percent, Bandipora 97.44, Ganderbal 97.22 percent, Kulgam 97.39 percent and Shopian 98.75

Similarly, the recovery rate in Jammu is 96.77 percent, Udhampur 98 percent, Rajouri 96.54 percent, Doda 94.91 percent, Kuthua 98.02 percent, Samba 97.62 percent, Kishtwar 95.89 percent, Poonch 94.74 percent, Ramban 97.15 and Reasi 93.69 percent

Meanwhile, active cases in Jammu and Kashmir have decreased from 33,276 to 4,321. The active cases in Shopian district are just 11.

There are 2403 active cases in Kashmir which include 781 from Srinagar, 274 from Baramulla, 236 from Budgam, 181 from Pulwama, 253 from Kupwara, 167 from Anantnag, 138 from Bandipora, 190 from Ganderbal, 172 from Kulgam and 11 from Shopian

There are 1,918 active cases in the Jammu division which includes 556 from Jammu,92 from Udhampur, 150 from Rajouri, 235 from Doda, 33 from Kutha, 49 from Samba, 142 from Kishtwar, 229 from Poonch, 101 from Ramban and 330 from Reasi(KNO)
