Srinagar: A day after first positive case of coronavirus was reported in Kashmir, nearly two dozen medical teams conducted house-to-house inspections in Khanyar area of Srinagar where the positive case hails from.
According to wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), 21 medical teams conducted house-to-house inspections and collected date in and around Srinagar area where the lady who was tested positive yesterday resides.
“Containment efforts: 21 medical teams – each comprising three professionals including a doctor – are holding house-to-house inspections and collecting data in and around the Srinagar area where residence of the person testing positive for coronavirus is located,” Srinagar district administration tweeted.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary in a tweet called them as heroes in battlefield – (KNO)
