Cold wave to continue in Kashmir: Lotus

Srinagar : Director Metrological Department (MeT) Sonum Lotus today said that weather in Kashmir will remain dry for next 15 days and temperature will further dip while as there is a possibility of light rain and snow fall in upper reaches on Dec 8 and 9.

While talking to Valley Media Service, Lotus said weather will remain mainly dry in Kashmir for at least 15 days but there is possibility of light to moderate rain or snowfall in upper reaches on December 8 and 9.

He a said the night temperature will remain below zero. He said in Dress temperature will remain minus 14 degree which will further decrease.

He said cold wave will increase in Kashmir and temperature will decrease, people need to take precautions. (VMS)
