Srinagar: The Crime Branch Kashmir (CBK) produced a chargesheet against a man from north Kashmir’s Baramulla district for allegedly providing fake and forged appointment order to Uri resident.
CBK as per a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) said that it has produced a chargesheet in a case under FIR number 15/2016 under section 420, 467, 468, 471, 201 RPC of P/S CBK before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar against the accused Abdul Hamid Dar, son of Late Sonaulla Dar of Kakavthal Kreei, Baramulla A/P Chinar Colony, HMT Mustafabad Srinagar for providing fake and forged appointment orders purported to have been issued by the Chief Conservator of Forests to gullible people against monetary considerations.
During the course of investigation, it was established that the accused prepared fake appointment orders and provided the same to one Rafakat Hussian Manhas, son of Nazakat Hussain Manhas of Kamalkote, Uri, Baramulla and grabbed Rs 2 lacs from him.
“The accused has also cheated and grabbed Rs 3.50 lacs from one Tariq Ahmad Sofi, son of Muhammad Sultan Sofi of Arampora, Qamarwari for providing the government job,” the statement said—(KNO)
