Bandipora-Gurez closed for traffic due to snowfall

SRINAGAR:  Bandipora-Gurez road has been closed for traffic following heavy snowfall on Razdan Top and Gurez valley since late last night.

According to the reports, Gurez and Tulail areas of north Kashmir witnessed heavy snowfall during the previous night.

Reports said that one feet snow has accumulated on Razdan Top while Dawar has recorded 6 inches snow since late last night. He said keeping in view slippery conditions and heavy snowfall, the Bandipora-Gurez road has been closed as a precautionary measure. (PTK)
