Sleep is one of the key important ingredients of our lives. A complete sleep routine can help us function productively and give our 100 percent in all sectors of our lives.

Here is a flow chart as to how we can attain it :-

1. Create a perfect sleep environment
2. Have good fluid intake throughout the day
 
3. Avoid caffeine
 
4. Intake of a balanced vegetable diet
 
5. Take a shower before sleep
 
6. Indulge in reading a book
 
7. Keep the body sleeping clock consistent
 
8. Do some belly breathing before going to bed
