Unknown gunmen on Friday abducted an army soldier from his residence in Chadoora area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
Mohammad Yaseen of JAKLI unit was kidnapped from his home at Qazipora late today evening, reported news agency GNS.
It said a joint team of the state police and army has rushed to the spot to ascertain the details.
A massive search operation was launched in Qazipora, Chadoora and borders of neighboring Pulwama district, said the report.
