Handwara : Based on a credible input, Handwara Police along with 21 RR and 92 Bn. CRPF started a search operation in the forest area of Wader Rajwar in Handwara. During search, arms and ammunitions were recovered in a hidden dump of fields.

A case FIR No. 64/2020 under relevant sections of law has been registered in Police Station Handwara in this regard and investigation initiated.

The incriminating materials recovered have been seized by the police and taken into case records for the purpose of investigation. (API News)
