Iftikhar Ahmad Mirza, & Peer Shafaat Rasool Are Vice Presidents; Syed Danish Qadri General Secretary
Srinagar: The All Jammu & Kashmir Patwar Association (AJKPA) has elected its Apex Body. The elections, held on February 15 at Noor Castle Hall, Jammu, were conducted in a peaceful and democratic environment, with a foolproof process, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from delegates representing all twenty districts of Jammu and Kashmir, according to a statement issued.
“Approximately 90% of the Electoral College cast their votes, ensuring a smooth leadership selection.”Following the resignation of the previous body, the election commission oversaw the process.
The newly elected members of the AJKPA include Ghulam Mohammad Sofi (President), Iftikhar Ahmad Mirza (Vice President-I), Peer Shafaat Rasool (Vice President-II), Syed Danish Qadri (General Secretary), Vinay Sharma (Secretary-I), Nisar Ahmad Wani (Secretary-II), Ghulam Mohammad Wani (Chief Organizer), Meelap Singh (Organizer), Aabid Rasheed Mughal (Publicity Secretary), Rabinder Singh (Treasurer), Nissar Ahmad (Accountant), Jahangeer Ahmad Khan (Auditor General).
