A significant affirmation of individual rights and justice : MLA Tanvir Sadiq on J&K High Court’s verdict on CID verification

SRINAGAR: Member of Legislative Assembly from Zadibal constituency of Srinagar today said that the J&K High Court’s verdict is a significant affirmation of individual rights and justice.

He said that Denying a passport to someone based on the actions of their family members is not just unfair but also a violation of fundamental principles of personal liberty.

He said,” Every citizen must be judged on their own conduct, not held accountable for the past of their relatives.
