KUPWARA: Residents of adjacent villages of Kupwara district sans proper road connectivity. The road which connects Awoora Laderwan and many other villages to Kupwara headquarter is in shambles.

Villagers allege that authorities are not keen to macadamize the road which is in shambles since years. Locals said that this road is the main road connecting as many as 20 villages to each other and district head quarter. The drivers and private vehicles also face inconvenience on plying on this road. Locals said that despite a good representation in the government the road has not been repaired yet.
