Hamas’s political chief and the BRAIN, Ismail Haniyeh has been killed in Iran shockingly. Haniyeh had come in swearing in ceremony of new Iranian President. Iranian army said – there was a strike at home in Tehran. Political chief of Hamas Ismail Haniyeh has been killed. Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has confirmed the news. The IRGC told the media about the early morning strike that targeted Haniyeh’s house in Tehran at 2 am (4 am Indian time). In the so-called Israel attack, Hamas Chief Ismail Haniyeh and one of his bodyguards were killed. Haniyeh was in Tehran on Tuesday to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Iranian President Massoud Pazhakian. Hamas has also confirmed Haniyeh’s death. There were many speculations regarding Ismail Haniyeh’s death. The activities of Hamas’s operation wing have also increased. The movement has intensified from Iran to Palestine and from Qatar to Oman. The big question is what is going to happen in the Middle East after Haniyeh’s death. Israel and Iran have been engaged in a ‘shadow war’ with each other for a long time. Both have often been attacking each other without taking responsibility. But Hamas’ war has also made Iran an arena of war.

Haniyeh left Gaza Strip after getting leadership of Hamas. It was under Haniyeh’s supervision that on October 7 last year, Hamas launched its biggest attack on Israel in 75 years, in which more than 1200 people were killed. According to the Times of Israel report, no one has yet taken responsibility for Haniyeh’s murder. However, Iranian government channels have started blaming Israel. Emergency meeting begins at Khamenei’s house in Iran. An emergency meeting of the Security Council is being held at the house of Iran Supreme Leader Khamenei. Such meetings take place under very serious circumstances. Iran’s Quds commander is also present in this meeting. Mahmoud Abbas blames Israel for Haniyeh’s death.

Relations between Israel and Iran have worsened after the war with Hamas started. Iran has often denied that it knew in advance about the Hamas attack on October 7. Whereas, Israel has accused Iran of supporting Hamas. Not only Hamas, Lebanon’s Hezbollah and Yemen’s Houthi rebels also have Iran’s support. Apart from these, some groups in Iraq and Syria have also received support from Iran. All of them are against Israel in the war with Hamas. Now Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, leader of Fatah, an opposition organization of Hamas, has also expressed protest over Haniyeh’s death. He held Israel responsible for Haniyeh’s death. China had established friendship between Fatah and Hamas only 8 days ago. Both organizations had decided to run Palestine together after the war. Haniyeh lived in Qatar, died in Iran.

Just 10 days after the war with Hamas started, Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei had threatened that if Israel’s bombing continued, Muslims and resistance forces would become uncontrollable and then no one would be able to stop them. Khamenei had warned to stop the bombing of Gaza immediately. There was a cyber-attack on Iran on December 18 last year. Due to this cyber-attack, the functioning of 70 percent of Iran’s fuel stations was stopped. Iran had blamed Israel for this. The political leadership of Hamas, including Ismail Haniyeh, was living in Qatar for 12 years. Hamas has good relations with Qatar. However, 3 months ago, reports started coming in that Qatar was fed up with meditating in the war. Due to this, Hamas leaders were planning to shift to Oman. Haniyeh was never attacked while living in Qatar. Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei met Ismail Haniyeh on Tuesday itself. Due to the attack on Haniyeh in Iran, questions are also being raised about the security of the big leaders there. Just hours before the attack, Iran’s top leader was close to Haniyeh. Haniyeh’s death could have a major impact on the Israeli hostages held captive by Hamas. Yahya Sinwar is in charge of Hamas military operations, while Ismail Haniyeh was responsible for all the political and diplomatic decisions of the organization. Decisions related to the release of hostages and ceasefire were being taken by Haniyeh. His absence may put the security of the hostages at risk. Israel is still silent on reports of Haniyeh’s death. At the same time, Israeli Heritage Minister Amichai Eliyahu has written on social media X, “This is the right way to remove filth from the world. Peace and surrender agreements are useless things to deal with people like this. Haniyeh’s death will make the world better.”

The White House said it had seen reports of Haniyeh’s death. However, he has refused to comment on this at present. At the same time, it is being claimed in Iranian media that investigation into Haniyeh’s death has started. How Hamas was killed will be confirmed by night. Hamas said – will avenge Haniyeh’s death. Hamas spokesperson Musa Mazrouk said on Ismail Haniyeh’s death that this is a cowardly act by Israel. He said Haniyeh’s death would be avenged. Their sacrifice will not go in vain. Mazrook said that Hamas is so strong that the death of any of its leaders will not affect the work of the organization. Now the danger of an even bigger war seems to be looming. The reason for this is that Ismail Haniya’s death is a big blow for Iran also. Haniya was a guest of Iran and it has failed to protect her. It is believed that Iran will definitely retaliate on this. Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani said that Ismail Haniya’s death will not be in vain. Kanani said, Hania’s martyrdom will make the relationship between Iran, Palestine and the Resistance Force stronger and unbreakable. The ongoing war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza may now become more dangerous. Hamas says Haniya’s death will not be in vain. It is believed that after Haniya’s death, Hamas can now target Israel more strongly than before. Not only this, Hamas would now like Iran to directly join this war, because this will only increase the pressure on Israel. If Iran also joins this war, then Hamas hopes that it will get its strict conditions accepted in the ceasefire agreement.
