Srinagar: The Enforcement Directorate on Tuesday said to have arrested two accused persons in connection with a case involving Narco-Terrorism, linked to funding of the subversive activities of terrorist group Hijbul Mujahideen.
As per the ED in a post on X said that the duo was produced before the Special Court (PMLA), Jammu and the Court has granted ED custody for five days.
“ED, Jammu has arrested 02 accused persons, namely Arshad Ahmed Allie and Fayaz Ahmed Dar on 22.07.2024 under the provisions of PMLA, 2002 in connection with a case involving Narco-Terrorism, linked to funding of the subversive activities of terrorist group Hijbul Mujahideen. They were produced before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Jammu and the Hon’ble Court has granted ED custody for 05 days,” Enforcement Directorate wrote on X—(KNO)
