Woman teacher found hanging at her home in central Kashmir’s Budgam village

Srinagar : A 27-year-old teacher died on Sunday evening after she allegedly ended her life at her home in Beerwah village of central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

A police official told that a 27-yr-old lady name (withheld), a resident of Yousuf Abad Beerwah village died after she allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself at her home.

He said “She was a private school teacher and body was brought to SDH Beerwah for medico legal formalities”.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident and set investigations into motion, he added. (KDC)
