Ganderbal : Two persons including a woman were on Tuesday injured in a road accident that took place at Wussan Kangan area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the accident took place when two vehicles including a Santro bearing registration number JKO1R-7329 and Scooty bearing registration number JK01R-2782 collided with each other, resulting in injuries to two persons.
They identified the injured as Aijaz Ahmad Khan, son of Shabir Ahmad Khan and Khalida, wife of Muzzafar Ahmad Khan of Waliwar Lar Ganderbal.
The injured are said to be critical, officials said, adding that they were shifted to nearby Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Kangan wherefrom doctors referred the duo to SKIMS Soura for advanced treatment.
A police officer also confirmed the incident and said that police has taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation was taken up—(KNO)
