JK records 6th death in last 24 hours-all from Kashmir valley

Srinagar : Kashmir valley on Thursday recorded 100th death related to Covid-19 after a 65-year-old male patient belonging Kulgam district died at SMHS. The deceased was tested positive after his death, officials said here.
Dr Nazir Choudhary, Medical Superintendent at SMHS told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the male patient from Kulgam who was admitted at SMHS on 30 June as a case of Community Acquired Pneumonia (CAP) and hypokalaemia died at SMHS today morning.
Earlier, five patients including 65-year-old male from Tarigam Kulgam, a 73-year-old lady from Battamaloo, Srinagar, a 75-year-old male from Budgam, a 55-year-old male from Hatipora Kulgam and a 65-year-old male from Sopore died in Kashmir in last 24 hours who were tested positive for Covid-19.
With one more death, the death toll related to Covid-19 has reached to 113 in J&K including 13 from Jammu division and 100 from Kashmir division—(KNO)
