Srinagar : Even after the government of Jammu and Kashmir issued directions to all the departments about partial functioning in Srinagar, the director Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) is making Kashmir based employees suffer for his reluctance to make Srinagar office functional.
An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that its learnt that Director ACB is making Kashmir based employees to face hardships with his reluctant nature to follow the government order.
In an order issued by government that the Darbar move of summer 2020 shall partially open in Srinagar from 04-05-2020 and the Kashmir based move employees shall start to work in civil secretariat Srinagar and other move offices.
“Accordingly necessary orders were issued by all Commissioner/secretaries of civil secretariat nominating therein the Darbar move officers/officials of Kashmir province who shall work in civil secretariat Srinagar and allied move offices from 04.05.2020 date of reopening of Darbar move at Srinagar”, reads the order copy available with KNO.
It further reads that, “However in blatant violation and under disregard to the above quoted orders some HODs particularly Director ACB is reluctant to open move office at Srinagar. The Kashmir based employees of ACB (Central office Jammu) are facing multiple hardships due to the inhuman approach of Director ACB.”
As per sources the Kashmir based employees made several requests to Director ACB for partial reopening of Srinagar offices but the director is reluctant to follow the government orders for reasons best known to him—(KNO)
