Police sources told Kashmir News Trust that Sameer has made various revelations to his interrogators. Sameer has accepted that he was ferrying militants from Jammu to Kashmir. Sammer has even revealed that Jaish-e-Muhammad militants are in possession of M-4 Carbine rifles and steel bullets. Steel bullets have capability of great penetration. These bullets according to police can penetrate deep into armoured vehicles that are being used during anti-militancy operations.
Sources added that Sameer has also revealed that dozens of infiltrators have managed to sneak into this part of Valley. These revelations have shocked security agencies and have also questioned the efficiency of those guarding borders because Border Security Forces are denying all the reports about infiltration. (KNT)
