Authorities in deep sleep to correct the network
Budgam: Poor mobile network irks residents of Beerwah town of central Kashmir’s Budgam district, have alleged that the mobile network in the area is totally defunct since last two months.
According to reports many villages of Beerwah face the mobile network problem since last two months.
Locals of the area said, “In today’s life everyone knows well, the importance of mobile connectivity and networking, but in Beerwah town peoples are facing lot of problems due to poor mobile network, particularly that of Jio 4G”.
According to locals 4G tower of Jio Network is located in main town Beerwah, but from last two months the said tower stops working, incase power supply is off. Due to which they face difficulty in to stay connected.
The subscribers of the Jio 4G and BSNL have complained about erratic call and internet services in the area. They said that they are facing immense problems as a result of erratic network system, since last two months, in the area.
“We are unable to stay in touch with our nears and dears, as the network problem in the area is in mess for last two months”, they told CNS.
The residents said that they approached the concerned cellular company, JIO for needed repair of the tower, but no attention has been paid towards our complaint till date.
“They said company has failed to provide the quality service in other parts of the area and in some areas the towers are still to be erected.
“We appeal the authorities to look into our problems and address them at the earliest”, the residents of main town Beerwah said. (CNS)
