Srinagar: On the directions of party Chairman Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai, Tehreek-e- Hurriyat delegation led by Secretary Public Relations visited the residence of slain Achabal and Anantnag militants and offered deepest condolences and sympathy with the bereaved families.
While addressing the mourners, the leaders said “our peaceful political struggle continuously dealt with brute force. It is the arrogant and stubborn approach of GOI that is giving rise to uncertainty and multiplying human tragedies.”
“Political space is being choked and freedom of speech denied. Authorities are executing their age-old practice of detentions and intimidations. The disproportionate use of force to quell and crush our legitimate struggle seems to have no end. Even today our youth are killed, maimed, blinded and arrested,” they said as per a statement issued to KNO.(KNO)
