Two killed many injured in Rajouri road accident

Rajouri: Two persons were killed and as many injured after two cars suffered a head-on collision on Jammu-Poonch highway near Nowshera in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir late Saturday night.

A police official said that the accident took place at about 11 pm.

Two persons, identified as Vikas and Rakesh from Jammu died in the accident while two others, namely Kewal and Narotam were injured.

Both the injured were shifted to a hospital for treatment.

Police has taken cognizance of matter, he said.
